Christchurch Branch Event: Christmas Breakfast at The Villas

Meri Kirihimete, happy Christmas, season's greetings to you all. It's time to wrap up TechCommNZ Christchurch's big 2016 by getting together for a shared breakfast at The Villas in Montreal Street.

A big thank you to this year's speakers: Louise Landess, Thomas Liberty, Ross Denton, Joan Nanartowicz, Claire Nicholson, Trevor Keohane and Eirlys Beverley-Stone, Maree Horlor, and also everyone who jumped up and shared a favourite app in August. Thank you also to everyone who participated by coming along and sharing ideas, professional development, and friendship. If you weren't able to participate this year, we hope you can in 2017, and would love to meet you at breakfast.

Seats are limited, though, so please don't just turn up! You need to register.

Bring your ideas!

This year, everyone who contributes a speaker contact for next year's programme will go in the draw to win a box of Lindt chocolates at the breakfast. Please bring along the speaker's name, contact details, and the topic. We're interested in speakers on matters of professional interest to technical communicators, which leaves the field wide open. Case studies are always popular, so maybe this is your time to put your own name forward!

Where and when

7:00 - 9:00 am, Wednesday 14 December at The Villas, 290-292 Montreal Street, Christchurch ‒ view map. You don't need to come for the whole two hours ‒ some of us will be there for the duration but we know everyone has different morning schedules.
