Online vs. paper documentation
In a supposed ‘paper-less’ society, why are we still dependent on such documents? Is it that tactile feeling you get when turning from one page to another? Something not-even the iPad can duplicate. Or do you prefer reading content online?
Many technical communicators now compose online documentation that allow users to surf screeds of information at the touch of a mouse-click, or a finger movement.
