In this 1.5 day workshop you learn how to:

• facilitate a process mapping session, and
• develop effective questioning and diagramming techniques.

Our method has been distilled, simplified and proven to work every time. The workshop focuses on:

• understanding process stages
• preparing for and running a process mapping session
• extracting information from process users
• designing easy-to-follow diagrams, and
• techniques for keeping large process maps manageable.
