Malcolm Bell spoke to a large group of technical communicators at the July meeting. His insights from 15 years working with government ministers were both entertaining and informative. Malcolm described a typical day in the life of a minister. He gave us tips on how to write for people who are busy, under pressure and reading their official papers at 1am.
