October Plain Language Group Meeting

The challenges of editing in plain language

At this meeting we’ll take a light-hearted view of editing in plain language. A panel of local editors will outline the challenges and this will be followed by general discussion. It should be a fun and interesting session. The speakers are:

• Ngaire Dixon from Wavelength Ltd
• An editor from Statistics New Zealand (TBC)
• Maryland Spencer from WriteBrand - a Plain English Award winner in 2011
• James Burgess from Write Ltd
• Eloise Oruvwuje from Careers NZ - a Plain English Award winner in 2011

There will also be time to network over drinks and nibbles. Come and join us!
