Toby Vincent, Smudge Apps

Toby and Reuben Bijl set up Smudge Apps in Christchurch in 2008 to create apps for iPhone, Android and Mobile Web. They create their own apps and also develop apps for their clients. Clients include Stuff, Air NZ, Sky TV NZ, Yellow, Flicks and Rugby Heaven.

Toby spoke to a record turnout of technical communications at Christchurch TCANZ in August. Now he is coming to speak to us, by popular request. He will tell us about the principles of designing for touch devices and the possiblities for mobile.
