Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing sales and services training material. The e-learning delivery requirement is associated with meeting internal training needs and the role will involve creating and evaluating on-line training material.

The key focus will be on improving our sales and services delivery capability by providing appropriate and effective training content using sound instructional design and adult learning methodologies.

The role will evaluate and confirm learning objectives against the on-going needs of the business.

The Instructional Designer will work primarily with the Services Design team and Sales Academy, and have regular contact with Technical Training and Marketing Communications.
