This year's conference focuses on change - how it affects us, how it affects the organisations we work in, and how technical communicators can make a difference.

We're thrilled to welcome an impressive line-up of respected local and international presenters to the conference. With sessions covering a wide range of subject areas, from Google to DITA, from content strategy to practical HTML, you'll be spoiled for choice. Highlights include:
